Seri ini semakin bagus saja. Di buku ketiga ini, fokusnya lebih ke misteri Kindred. Pokoknya akhirnya saya tahu apa itu Kindred dan bagaimana sejarahnya berawal. Dan jujur saja, saya cukup terkejut dengan endingnya. Lucia benar-benar tak terduga.

Seri ini semakin bagus saja. Di buku ketiga ini, fokusnya lebih ke misteri Kindred. Pokoknya akhirnya saya tahu apa itu Kindred dan bagaimana sejarahnya berawal. Dan jujur saja, saya cukup terkejut dengan endingnya. Lucia benar-benar tak terduga.
Di buku ini, Cleo dan Jonas bersekutu diam-diam untuk mengumpulkan Kindred. Magnus masih mengikuti apa kata ayahnya, sekalipun dia sudah tahu kalau ayahnya-lah yang membunuh ibunya. Sementara itu, Lucia sedang berjuang dengan kegelapan yang ada di kepalanya. Anehnya, kegelapan itu hilang setiap kali ia berada di sebelah Cleo.
Lalu ada Pangeran Ashur dan Putri Amara dari Kekaisaran Kraeshia. Mereka terlihat sangat penasaran dengan legenda Kindred di Mytica dan mencoba menyelidiki dengan cara mereka sendiri.
Plot di buku ini sangat intens dan cepat. Saya dibuat penasaran dan tidak bisa berhenti membaca. Apalagi saya sudah attached dengan Cleo, Magnus, dan Jonas. Saya entah kenapa tetap tidak bisa suka sama karakter Lucia. Dan hubungan antara Cleo dan Magnus... Ya, ampun. Perkembangannya sangat lambat, super slow burn, dan saya suka sekali. Cleo masih bingung dengan seluruh tindakan Magnus, apalagi saat terakhir itu. Magnus memilih untuk menyelamatkan Cleo dan melawan ayahnya. Ternyata, oh, ternyata...
