Tentu saja buku kedua seri fantasi itu selalu seru. Ceritanya pasti makin kompleks gitulah.
Fletcher yang sudah siap dihukum mati harus menghadapi persidangan melawan musuhnya dulu. Didric yang tadinya hanya anak bangsawan sekarang sudah menggantikan ayahnya sehingga posisinya lebih kuat melawan si Fletcher. Tapi yang tak terduga adalah kedatangan seorang saksi yang menyebutkan siapa orangtua kandung Fletcher sebenarnya. Karena itulah, Fletcher tidak jadi dihukum mati.
Di tahun kelulusan murid-murid Summoner ini, para murid akan mendapatkan sebuah tantangan dari raja. Mereka akan menyelundup ke perkemahan Orc dan melakukan misi berbahaya bersama tim mereka. Nah, bagian ini lumayan bikin waswas karena saya tahu pasti ada pengkhianatnya. Apalagi Fletcher juga harus bekerja sama dengan tim lain di mana isinya para anak bangsawan yang membencinya. Ada Didric pula. Beneran saya mau tonjok muka si Didric ini tiap kali dia membuka suara.
Endingnya tentu saja bikin saya langsung mengambil buku ketiganya. Menggantung gitu. Damn.
